Drivers should provide a valid national or international driver's license held at least 3 years and minimum 24 years age. If you are over 75 years old please inform us, age restrictions may apply in certain locations.

Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.

Daily limited 250 kilometers, Third Party Insurance (Up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Insurance, VAT 18 %, local taxes, oil, maintenance, 24 hours road assistance. Special rates and terms may apply for long term rentals (minimum 30 days)

Fuel, Personal insurance (PAI), one way rental fees (where applicable), optional extras ( additional drivers, infant/child seat, special equipment, optional insurances), parking fees, highway tolls, delivery & collection out of office city/airport limits, CDW excess when the damage is renter's fault depending on traffic report

You pay 20% of total rate at the time of booking and the rest at car pick up. If your arrival date is less than 3 days at the time of booking full payment may be required. Major credit cards Visa/Mastercard, cash, travelers cheques are accepted for payment. Important Note : Online payment will be charged in Euro and if payed by credit card the balance at pick up will be charged in Turkish Lira from the exchange currency selling rate at the date the card is charged. Your bank may use the buying exchange rate to reconvert it in to your own currency in your credit card statement. Thus, you may see a little difference in your statement. Also some banks may charge a small fee for international transactions. For clients who want to avoid currency exchange rate differences, we suggest to pay balances cash. It is required to leave a deposit to cover the insurance excess amounts (where applicable), fuel extended rentals, traffic fines. To do so, a valid credit card in the name of the lead driver, must be provided upon collection of the car or cash deposit minimum 300.00 Euro (where applicable) as a form of deposit.

Covers the damages caused by the renter to other vehicles, people, property, in legal limits defined by Government of Turkey

Covers the accidental damages to the rental car. CDW does not cover excess fee/deductible when the damage is renter's fault depending on traffic report, windscreen and headlight breakage, tyre punctures and theft of spare tyre

Covers the personal injuries caused by traffic accident to the renter while driving in the limits of the rental car's insurance policy. Non-Turkish citizens usually do not need that insurance as their personal health insurance or travel insurance may cover the personal injuries.

Insurances are void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the police, damaged car and traffic report not returned to the nearest Helinim Tour office in 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misuse of the car and damages caused by gross negligence.

Rental cars may be driven by maximum 2 additional drivers apart from main driver. Charges often apply for additional drivers which may be bought at the time of reservation. Additional drivers should meet age and licence requirements at the time of rental, also should be registered in the rental agreement. If any accident occurs while non-registered driver is driving the rental car insurance will be void.

Up on request at the time of booking infant/child/booster seats are available at an additional cost up to 3.00 Euro per day depending on the number of rental days. Snow chains are available in some locations and should be specially requested at the time of booking. There is usually a charge for them.

It is customer's responsibility to provide the correct flight number and arrival time, before departure. If this is not available at the time of booking, please ensure that you will inform us of this at least seven days prior to departure. If the information is not provided in time, no responsibility can be accepted or compensation allowed for a failed rental. This is to allow staff to be ready for you on arrival.

There is no delivery and collection fee at the cities where Helinim TourCar Rental offices are during the office working hours. If you need to pick up/drop off from hotel, accommodation address or out of city limits or office hours, there may be a fee applies EU 0.50 per Km to the nearest Helinim Tour office.

Delivery to another point instead of car pick up one, is defined one way rental. There is EU 0.50/km drop off fee multiplied by the distance between the pick up and drop off points.

Particular makes and models of vehicles are not guaranteed. The requested group and specifications (e.g. Compact A/C manual) would be guaranteed. Helinim Tour car rental reserves the right to substitute the car type reserved to a similar or higher car group, under circumstances beyond control.

For each hour the charge is 1/3 of daily rate. If it's more than 3 hours then it will be counted as an extra day

There are no refunds given for vehicles returned before the specified return date/time written in the rental agreement.

Vehicle should be returned at the same condition it is rented. If a special cleaning is required it may be charged at return.

Vehicles are not provided full tank, so client should return the car as it is rented. If the car is returned with more fuel than at pick up, there will be no refund. However client may request pre-paid full tank at the time of booking.

Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period must be payed by renter.

There is no off border rental available and our cars can not be taken abroad. In case of offence insurance loose validity.

Client may cancel according to our cancellation policy and may get refund. Our cancellation policy : - In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your rental, Helinim Tour Car Rental will levy a charge for the cancellation of your booking prior to your collection date (see below). - No refunds will be given for rentals ended early, for late collections, for no shows or for cancellations made after the rental start date.
